Mood: i still feel sleepy, maybe sleepier, last night i just pretty much past out on bed. Today was the first time i had black coffee since the diet, yes it worked for the first few hours, after that i just felt sooo sleepy and tired. Driving back i was sleeepy as well, was listening to some Tony Robbins audio tapes while im driving to keep me motivated in this diet or anything in life.
Today's food:
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1 sausage, 2 pieces of spam
Brunch: 2 1/4 chicken with tomatoes and cucumbers
Lunch: 2 1/4 chicken with tomatoes and cucumbers
Snack: 1 chicken whole leg
Dinner: 1 chicken pattie with mozarella, 2 eggs, 1/2 cucumbers

Atkins diet - Day 4
(this is for yesterday)
Mood: I feel sleepy and dizzy for some reason, i was ok yesterday, but dont know why so sleepy.
Today's food:
Breakfast: 3 eggs with mozarella, 1/2 cup cucumbers
Lunch: 4 pieces of chic thighs and drumstick, 1/2 tomato, 1 cup cabbage
Snack: 1 slice pork sandwich meat
Dinner: 3 piece of chic thighs and drumstick, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 cucumber

Portal 2 (coop!!) + Eight Bit Strange
Portal 2 has co op! awesome! wonder how it would turn out.
This is a new game i think, i have no idea what kind of game it is, it's a nice little short, its a good example for animation students that are required to make a small clip with ating and principles for their assignments.

Atkins diet - Day 3
Mood: I feel better today, i still feel abit dozzy and blur, but if i think about it, im always blur and dozzy, from staring at the screen too much and i dont usually take alot of sugar, so my sugar could be quite low. I love the amount of meats i can eat though, but sometimes its just too fatty, i dont even mind eating vegetables raw, with the amount of fatness i have to eat, and i can only eat a limit of vegs.
Today's food:
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1/2 mushrooms with mozarella cheese
Lunch + Dinner : 5 medium size buffalo patties with mozarella cheese, 1/2 cup mushroom, 1/2 cup cucumbers, 1 cup cabbage
Supper: 4 eggs with mozarella, 2 pork sandwich ham, 1/2 a tomato

Atkins diet - Day 2 + Missing Emma :(
Diet Mood: I still feel tired, whats weird is, when i woke up i feel fine, then later the day after my breakfast i feel sleepy and dizzy, as the day go by, i feel more sleepy and dizzy. By the time i got home i was hungry for dinner, and after the food i became dizzy again lol. What's weird is the workout make me feel stronger, temporarily.
Today's Food:
Breakfast: 2 piece chicken drumstick, 2 eggs, cucumbers
Lunch: (continue from breakfast) 4 piece chicken drumstick, 2 eggs, cucumber
Snack: 1 piece friend chicken drumstick

Emma is such a good girl, she so responsible, and she has such a good heart. She has the cutest voice and the cutest expressions i've ever seen. Yes, she likes to mess with me and with other people, but she's just spreading the love in bully form. I heart you.

Atkins diet - Day 1
Im starting my "all protein and fat" diet, i already feel dizzy lol, maybe im just anxious, like i cant sit still. I decided to write like a Atkins diet journal of sort, like about what i ate and how i feel, also i have to take a picture of me self today to see progress when im done with this 2 weeks of ketosis.
Im doing this diet to get myself toned up, to burn the fat thats on my belly and my thighs, while maintaining my muscle. I needed a change in my diet to help me achieve my fitness look, been delaying this for so long, so i have to do this

Breakfast: one scoop protein shake(could be bad idea to do that),
3 eggs, 1 piece of spam
Lunch: 3 piece chicken thigh
Snack: 2 piece chicken thigh
Dinner: 3 piece chicken thigh
Snack: 2 piece chicken wings with cheese, and little cucumbers

mood: i was walking around the grocery super dozzy like a zombie, and i was feeling pretty stressed out there, just wanted to get out of there ASAP. Whats weird is i feel the urge to workout, i couldnt sit still, i was rubbing my hands together, when i sit down i was leaning on stuff, constantly tapping my feet like an impatient person

I was suppose to post this last night, but came back late from grocery shopping and was cooking todays meal, after that im just so exhausted,
